COVID-19 Guidelines

Soccer Kings have invested significantly to enhance the safety features at our centre to ensure our customers feel safe and government guidelines are met.
  • PPE available for staff and players (face masks and gloves which are limited)
  • Hand sanitiser units installed entrance and exit of the building
  • Hand sanitiser provided throughout the centre.
  • Perspex screens at point of sale location
  • At least 1 metre+ social distancing grids on pitch walkways
  • At least 1 metre+ distance throughout our reception area including one way system with clear entrance and exit signs.
  • Changing Rooms kept closed until guidance allows
  • Disinfectant will be provided for door handles
 

Important Information

If you are showing symptoms of COVID -19 please do not attend our centre as this could infect others.
Symptoms include:
A high temperature (above 37.8oC)
Has developed a new continuous cough
Has shortness of breath or a sore throat
Loss of or change in normal sense of taste or smell
Is feeling unwell
 

Arriving & Leaving

We ask customers to arrive shortly before the session starts and depart promptly when it finishes. Children and parents/ carers should not congregate at the venue and should always maintain social distancing.

How you can Help

  • There is a queuing system in which you access our centre.
  • When entering our centre you must sign in your name and number to allow us to track and trace.
  • You must use the hand sanitiser provided and we would prefer if you used contactless payment method.
  • Upstairs viewing area and bar are out of order and are strictly only for our kid’s parties.
  • Changing rooms will be closed and we do not want any congregation in our reception area. Bookings will commence and finish on time.
  • We are allowing no overlap and if you are late to your booking then unfortunately you will lose your time on the pitch.
  • We urge all customers to call or email regarding booking prior to visiting our centre where possible and urge our customers to maintain social distancing or 1m plus.
  • We urge our customers to bring their own facemask as we have a limited amount in our facilities.
